  • Navigation data: anonymised IP address, pages visited, session duration — only if you accept analytical cookies.
No patient data is collected through this website. The Walkbase solutions deployed in pharmacies follow a separate privacy-by-design policy.

Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your contact and demo requests
  • Managing the commercial relationship and project follow-up
  • Measuring website audience (anonymised analytics, opt-in)
  • Complying with our legal and accounting obligations

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (form, cookies) or on iDklic's legitimate interest in responding to your commercial enquiry.

Retention Period

  • Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange
  • Active clients: duration of the relationship + 5 years (accounting obligations)
  • Analytical cookies: 13 months maximum
